    - Appointment Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients.

    - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).

    - No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).

    - Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service. In this case, a 50% fee of the original service may apply.

    We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

    Are your treatment suitable for Cancer patient?

    What do I need to wear for the pressotherapy?

    For this specific treatment, you should wear or bring comfortable, lightweight clothing such as loose T-shirt, leggings or soft tracksuits, along with socks, so you can change into them before your session begins.

    What do I need to do before and after a body massage?

    Stay well-hydrated by drinking water before and after your massage to help your body flush out toxins and keep muscle pliable.

    Eat a small meal or a snack a couple of hours before your appointment, as a heavy meal can cause you discomfort during your session.

    Have a warm shower to helps your muscles to relax and ensures you are clean before your appointment.

    Tell your therapist about any pain, soreness or medical condition and discuss your goals for the massage so the therapist can tailor the techniques to your needs.

    What should I do before a facial?

    Don’t exfoliate at least 7 days before your appointment.

    Avoid sun exposure straight after and tanning bed to avoid sun damage.

    Do you provide treatment for pigmentation?

    Do you provide treatment for acne?

    LASHES

    Avoid water for the first 24 hours post application. For lash extensions avoid oil-based products as well. Regular brushing and cleaning is recommended and avoid sleeping on your face.

    WAXING

    How long my hair need to be before a wax appointment?

    For optimal results, hair should be approximately 1 cm long. This ensures the wax can effectively grip and remove hair, leaving your skin smooth and flawless.

    How often should I have a wax?

    Most clients returns every 3-4 weeks, depending on their hair growth cycle and personal preference. We can tailor a schedule to suit your body and lifestyle for consistently smooth results.

    Is waxing embarrassing?
